Kelley Wolf has entered a treatment center amid her ongoing divorce from Scott Wolf.
Kelley was due to appear in court on Tuesday, Sept. 30, related to misdemeanor charges she’s facing amid her divorce, but did not show up, PEOPLE confirms. Per the judge, the mom of three was “unable to attend” the hearing as she’s currently undergoing treatment at a mental health facility in Utah.
Prosecutor Wendy Crossland told the judge she “believes” Kelley is at a treatment center. “I have not otherwise had any other contact with Miss Wolf,” Crossland said.
The judge said that the court will “reset these matters with notice” to Kelley.
In August, Kelley was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors — one for electronic communications harassment and two for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information — following days of apparent confrontational social media posts allegedly doxxing her friends and family members. One post included Scott’s personal phone number with others, including communication with her and Scott’s three children.
She was later charged with another misdemeanor for violating a protective order on Aug. 30, after Scott accused her of contacting him “using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact her son [Miller] through a friend’s son,” per a Statement of Probable Cause. She is only allowed to contact Scott during mediation sessions scheduled with a “Court Qualified Mediator” regarding their divorce or custody.

The mom of three last appeared in court on Sept. 10, and a source told PEOPLE that she did not have legal representation for the appearance. Due to the lack of legal counsel present for Kelley, the judge would not rule on any matters, despite Scott’s lawyers’ requests for a full restraining order to be established.
The judge told Kelley she needed to retain a lawyer and told Scott, 57, that he was responsible for helping his ex obtain representation and a portion of her legal fees, per the source.
During the Sept. 10 hearing, the judge also upheld parts of the Aug. 28 protective order that stated she cannot have any direct or indirect contact with her ex or her kids — the former couple shares sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11 — and that she still must remain at least 300 feet away from Scott.
He allowed the estranged couple to communicate with each other via phone, though, as the judge said that is what’s best for their kids, per the source.

PEOPLE reported on Sept. 7 that Kelley had entered a rehabilitation center. On Sept. 9, she exited the facility and was staying at a hotel, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE at the time. She initially informed a district court judge of her plans to go to a treatment facility during a Sept. 2 court appearance and said she was “looking forward to it.”
Kelley told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement at the time that she was “utterly shocked [for] the unabating aggressive use of a legal system and possibly more.”
“[It] has become almost intolerable to my physical body, my family’s health and well-being period,” she continued. “I’m unclear as to how these things are allowed to be processed. I have [allegedly] been compliant with everything legal, I have said nothing disparaging about anyone at any time. I’d like to also state for anyone who doesn’t seem to understand — that divorce can take time. Anyone who continues to put pressure on a mother when all she’s doing is fighting for her children is somebody who needs to check themselves.”

Kelley revealed in a June Instagram post that she and the Party of Five star were splitting up after 21 years together. In his own statement, Scott called it “the most difficult decision of my life” as he revealed he’d filed for divorce.
“Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter,” his statement read.
Their next divorce hearing will be on Oct. 23, and Kelley has also received a summons to appear in court on Nov. 7 regarding her latest arrest.
